BUDDY's Story...
Buddy, Buddy, Buddy... he's come a long ways since we rescued him on Halloween from a high kill shelter in San Bernardino.
In short, there's no other way to describe it than to say he was basically frightened of humans when he arrived. He is doing SO much better and loves to petted, still timid. He has managed to break his leg, and is sporting a cast. He manages wonderfully. He gets along fantastic with the dogs we have in our rescue, he plays, eats, frolics about. He will need to be with a very patient family with other dogs to hang with. We're moving towards being able to walk with him on a leash. He spent the first six weeks with us hiding..... but now he's out in the sunshine and happy to be out with his pup pals. If you have room in your home and heart for a special, very special project, Buddy's your guy. . He's a sweet as can be. He's made fantastic progress, we know that he wasn't treated very well in his previous life, but he's been willing to trust us to take care of him. We are Lucky Pup Dog Rescue in North Park. We can set a special time to meet once we have your application on file. Our min donation to our rescue for pups is two hundred dollars, for Buddy we offering a gift certificate for food/toys for 75.00 for his adoption. We think he is about 2 or 3. He's been neutered and just had his teeth cleaned, he is up to date on shots. He will need some special training and lots of time to come out of his shell. He is very sweet and quiet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BUDDY, a san diego Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie for sale in san diego, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie dog from a breeder in san diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in san diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a san diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in san diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
