Oscar was born outdoors to a stray Mother. Even though he was brought to WARM as a kitten and has been handled since very young, he is still a little shy of people - he has decided though that he likes to be petted and loved so he will come to you for your attention and affection. Oscar will need a little patience from his new family until he is comfortable and knows he is in his forever home.
