Here's what the humans have to say about me:
As you can see from Carolina's photo, she is one gorgeous dog!!!!!!! She is three years old, weighs approximately 55 lbs., spayed, and fully vaccinated. She has a great demeanor and frolicks in the play yard area like a horse. She will be wonderful with children, other dogs, and would be a great walking/jogging/hiking friend!!
This sweet girl ended up at the animal shelter, don't know why - maybe her mommy and daddy lost their home, just didn't want her any more, had to move - there are a million reasons why - so sad!!! So I rescued her as she was deemed the SHELTER FAVORITE and no one came to claim her - certainly I would not let this spectacular dog be euthanized just because there are just too....many pooches at the pound and they all can't be saved. Carolina was definitely worth saving!!!!
A little more information on this beautiful dog, she actually has a "seal" coloring coat of hair - so...shiny!!
FROM THE SHELTER STAFF:
Carolina has had numerous kennel mates and has never had any issues with any other dogs.
She is a well mannered girl. The special needs high school students and special needs adults would walk her on Wednesday's when they came to the shelter, and they totally loved her!!!
She walks very well on a leash and knows to sit for treats, and if you want her to - she will crawl in your lap and give you kisses, very well behaved girl.
