Hogan's Story...
Hogan is the sweetest boy that came to us from Ohio, he was living in the garage portion of the shelter and on the brink of euthanasia. With the help of a donation sponsor we were able to help save Hogan's life! The shelter staff had labeled Hogan as a shelter favorite and worked very hard to get him to the safety of a rescue. Hogan has the sweetest eyes and biggest pittie smile, he loves to snuggle up and is excellent on car rides! Hogan is about 60 pounds of pure love! Hogan would do well with most female dogs or a submissive male dog, a dog meet will be required. If you are interested in adopting Hogan email nepabullies@gmail.com Adoption application, reference check, home visit and $200 adoption fee required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hogan, a Hillsborough American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Hillsborough, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Hillsborough.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillsborough already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillsborough breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillsborough paves the way for another one to be saved.
