Frank's Story...
Hi my name is Frank. I was just kept outside all alone on a property in the desert for over a year. In the hot sun, rain and even snow until someone complained and The Dog Rescuers came out to rescue me. Since then, I have been playing nicely with all the other foster dogs here. I am just a good boy. I love stuffed animals and fetch. I am friendly with the new foster dogs that come over, we just start playing.

Check out my video and see just how cute I am. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GD5ZdbLEIzA

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frank, a Pasadena Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Pasadena, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Pasadena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pasadena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pasadena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pasadena paves the way for another one to be saved.
