Approx. 8mons old..approx. 45lbs...This dog is such a doll..super friendly, eager to please, loves all dogs she met, submissive, gd on leash, not a puller or jumper..Loves to throw herself down for belly rubs.very affectionate She was found wandering the streets with #341. She has demodex mange and is being treated for it.. LEGAL DAY OF ADOPTION IS 1-11-12

Anyone interested in adopting or fostering a dog from City of Hartford Animal Shelter must first fill out an application. We are in the process of working to set up a link for an on line application, in the meantime please email us at ctshelterdogs@gmail.com and we will send you the application. Sherry the ACO, will be reviewing all of these applications prior to setting up appointments to meet the dogs. We are moving forward to establish a more thorough screening process to ensure these dogs end up in responsible homes.
