Endeavor/Gail's Story...
Hi, my name is Endeavor but I prefer to be called Gail. Im a shy 1 year old girl so Ill try to tell you a little about myself. Im a little nervous here at the kennel but after I stay with you for a little while my true personality will come out. Im not overly exuberant like some others but I do like to show my affection by wagging my tail and smiling with my eyes. I would like to snuggle up and watch movies with you and sleep on your side of the bed at night. If you have room on your bed and in your heart for me I would love to go home with you today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Endeavor/Gail, a Gerrardstown Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Gerrardstown, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Gerrardstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gerrardstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gerrardstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gerrardstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
