Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Princess Joy was found by a good Samaritan on a busy street trying not to get run over by a car. She was a matted mess. Even being scared and with painful mats, she was wagging her tail, friendly and happy. She is now vetted and groomed, and more adorable than ever imagined. She weighs 7 ½ pounds, and we estimate her to be between 4 and 6 years old.
She is looking for a home with a fenced yard. (We don’t want her to find her way back on the streets.) She would like a nice lap to hang on, and someone who wants a little shadow around the house. She needs a family who is patient until she remembers her housetraining, or who is willing to train her to puppy pads. If she can sleep near you, (and with you once she is fully trained), she will be on cloud nine!
Princess is good with other dogs. We have not tried her around cats, so we can't say. She will do well with children also. Princess Joy will be happy with one person or an entire family!
The first step to adopting Princess Joy is to submit an application, and come to our pet adoption event to meet her!
Fence/enclosed patio required for most dogs. We check your vet reference and fence. Dogs are current on vaccinations, HW negative, micro chipped, dental if needed and spayed/neutered. Email lldogrescue@yahoo.com for quickest response.
