My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Princess is 8 yrs young spayed, purebred Newfoundland. She is very friendly, happy and moves and acts like a much younger dog. She can be a bit shy when first meeting new people especially men, but doesn't take long to warm up to them. She has good house manners, is house trained, and goes in her crate when you tell her to. Princess enjoys car rides and walks. She does not pull on the lead and has a nice slow easy pace. She is very aware of her surroundings and will bark when she hears something that she cannot identify.

She is good with other dogs and cats that live with her. She will chase strange cats. She has been checked out at the Vet and got a clean bill of health. She was caught up on her shots, and is now on heartworm and flea & tick preventative.

Princess comes from a family in Leavenworth KS that had her since she was a puppy. She grew up with their children and love kids. Unfortunately the family came upon some tuff times and had to give her up, which was not an easy thing to do. She has a lot of love to give and wants a family that will give her all the TLC and love she can stand. And she will give it right back to you. She is very willing to please and just eats up all the hugs and kisses you can give her. Please do not judge Princess on her age. She is very active and young for her years and will give the right family a lot of pleasure.
