Talk about a golden ticket…Oh ya, I'll be your golden ticket to happiness and unending companionship. I'm all fun, all love, all the time! Charlie's my name, lovin's my game and I've got a sense of humor that'll bring you to your knees….and while your down there, I'll lick your face! Yup, I'm sweet as chocolate.Plus I just adore other dogs, man-o-man I love to play!!! Run, wrestle, a good game of chase….nothing gets my tail wagging like a romp session with my canine pals. I'm still a puppy you know, so don't my stats fool ya- 66 pounds can still mean Puppy! I am crate trained already, and I am doing really well with my leash manners and basic commands….but my brain still needs to play catch up with my big handsome body. I'm pretty eager to please, and I'll do most anything for a treat so teaching me lots of cool stuff should be a cinch. I just need someone like you to show me the way….What do you say, have you found the golden ticket?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Portland Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
