Hello! My name is Rose! I am a female American Bulldog Mix and I am only 1 year old. I came to Suncoast as a stray and I am super happy to be here and to find my forever home. I love to play both inside and outside and I am sure to keep you on your toes with all the loving energy I have. I would benefit from obedience training which is offered locally. I am sure to please and know I can become the dog of your dreams!

About Our Shelter...
Founded in 1971 as the Animal Aid Society of Englewood, Suncoast Humane Society began with a few cages where people left stray animals to be cared for. Over the years, our service area has grown to include over 400 square miles, covering three counties: Sarasota, Charlotte and portions of Lee.
Suncoast Humane Society provides a safe refuge for thousands of lost, abandoned and abused animals from our service area each year. We are committed to our open-door policy of never turning any animal away, regardless of health, temperament, breed or circumstances.

We are open to the public for adoptions (or just come to visit the animals) as follows:
Tuesday - Friday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Adoptions stop @ 4:30 PM)
Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (adoptions stop @ 3:30 PM)
CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY
We are open to the public for adoptions (or just come to visit the animals) as follows:
