Bella's Story...
Schnauzer/Terrier Mix

This poor little baby is 7 years old, when she became paralyzed, her owners dumped her after having her for 5 years. She is very spry and loving. She manages just fine. It will take a special soul to take her into their heart. She does make little messes but nothing that can't be dealt with, again for the kind person who can take her in. She is a sad little creature who just wants to love. If you know of anyone who would love a doggie who would love a home and affection. Please contact me Jennifer 203 854 9896 Bella, she does not need any further known operations, she does get along quite well in or out of her wheelchair. She is spunky, and happy. She does well with other dogs. She just has an incontinence issue that people would need to learn to manage

Bella is not at PAWS. Please contact Leader of the Rescue Pack - Jennifer at 203 854 9896 or jig21@att.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Norwalk Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
