Sugar is a beautiful young staffie girl who has been through a lot in her short life. She is only about 1 year old and is doing great on the Kamp K9 fitness plan - lots of outdoor play and fewer calories... This kind, gentle girl came into a shelter with 14 puppies and she was a great mama even though she was way too young.
Sugar is great on leash walks, just trots along and enjoys the sights. She would be fine with being an only dog in the household or with a "boyfriend" as she still has that protective mama feeling toward other female dogs.
Sugar truly believes that she is a lap dog and wants nothing more than to cuddle and snuggle and be right next to her person as much as possible. She is a little shy and quiet in new situations until she gets comfy, which doesn't take her very long at all. Then she is all happy, happy, joy, joy with tail (& butt) wags and bounces and hops, just like the youngster she is.
This sweet girl is great in the car and is very comfortable in her crate; she curls up and snoozes without a peep all night. She is not at all territorial with food or other things or people and is good at sharing.
Sugar is so ready for a warm, loving home where she can share all of the love and affection she is wanting to give. Please contact us to meet Sugar and feel her sweetness.

Adoption fees range from $150-$250 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us.
