Lacey is approximately 6 - 8 years old. She's a very petite little tiger with white chest and paws. And it looks like she's had a very tough life. She was living outdoors at a mobile home park for at least 4 years, and was constantly pick-on by the other cats in the park. Her ears are tattered and her once-white feet are stained yellow. She seems to be a little 'stiff' when she walks, and may have been injured at one time, although she is now all healed. She had 2 painful, broken teeth, which have been removed. She obviously belonged to someone once upon a time, because she was spayed before coming into rescue late in October, 2011. She certainly enjoys being back indoors.
Lacey enjoys attention and loves to be petted, especially while she is eating. And she also enjoys eating - but only canned food. I feel that after the tough life she's had, she deserves soft food.
Lacey gets along well with other kitties, as long as they are not aggressive. She would be best in a home without young children, and a quiet individual or couple would probably be best for her.

I am a private individual that finds homes for abandoned, stray, and unwanted cats and kittens. I provide all necessary vetting: physical exam, de-worming, flea treatment, vaccinations, spay/neuter if age appropriate, and any other medical or surgical requirements. Our area has no formal cat rescue organization, and there are hundreds of needy and deserving animals. I am always in need of loving foster homes for my kitties.
