Bordeaux (Boo)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Bordeaux (Boo)'s Story...
I am a 2 year old silver male who is all legs. I’m a little thin but I am putting on weight. I will still be all legs since I am tall! Give me some good food and I will shine.

I am very people oriented and would really like a forever home again. I am fine with other dogs but I could take ‘em or leave ’em. In other words, it doesn’t matter to me if you have another dog or not.

Why am I at the rescue? My previous owner surrendered me because they couldn’t afford to keep a pet any longer. Sometimes that happens but I know a forever home is out there for me.

I am well behaved when I have structure and rules. Without that type of environment I can be a little jumpy and excitable. I crate fine. I’m a good guy, honest. I just lost my home and want a new one with my own human to love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bordeaux (Boo), a Grand Haven Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in Grand Haven, or seeking a Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Grand Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
