My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Lois. I am an older Beagle, maybe 6 or 7, who was found as a stray. I am a very good girl on a leash and enjoy the company of people. I'm in a room with a bunch of other noisy dogs which isn't to my liking, but the people here treat me very nicely. I would love to have a home of my own that won't let me get away. I hope there is someone out there for me. Could it be you? *Lois is a Paw Pals sponsored dog who has been heart worm tested, spayed, and given a rabies shot.

She went to Petco for adoption day and was not adopted but she was smitten with a little boy as you can see from the pictures. She seems to favor women and probably hasn't been treated all that kindly in her former life. When we put a new collar on her, she dropped to the floor like we were going to beat her. She needs some TLC.

This dog is at the Clinton County Humane Society and if interested in adopting please contact Lisa Ristrow at cchs04@sbcglobal.net or 765-654-7717
