found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Virgil is 7 lb., 3 year old, Shih Tzu mixed with some type of small terrier, maybe Parsons Terrier due to his long legs and tall body. He is a sweet little dog that longs to be someone’s friend and loving companion and pal. He is a friendly dog that is not aggressive in any way, shape or form towards either humans or dogs. In a way, he is kind of a pushover because if other dogs play rough with him, he never lets them know to get away. He keeps getting backed up into stuff. So this is mentioned because that is how non-aggressive Virgil is.
Virgil is not a barker but he is vocal when he wants to come inside or if he wants to be near you. He makes funny little gremlin sounds that are unique and kind of hysterical. Virgil can be placed in a home with other dogs to be their companion, or, in a home where there is more human contact. He rides fantastically in the car and just loves to hang out with you. He seems to be potty-trained and does not lift his leg in the house (at least, I have not seen this).
Virgil sleeps in his crate at night but sings a few Gremlin songs before it is time to go to bed but then, he quiets down. Unfortunately, he was so matted and in such poor shape when we rescued him from the Moreno Valley Shelter, that we had to shave him down and start over on his coat. We feel that when his coat starts growing back he will be so much cuter, though he is still cute!
Virgil is de-wormed, vaccinated including rabies, and micro-chipped.
