Herby's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Herby's Story...
Darling little Herby was surrendered to our rescue because their owners were expecting a baby. Their loss and your gain! Herby is a delightful little boy 2.5 yrs. of age. We believe his color is cream sable, but not exactly sure. He loves OLDER children and especially loves cats! He tolerates other dogs, but prefers to play with toys or just be with his human. He would probably be best in a home with no other dogs, cats are ok. Herby just wants to rule his kingdom! He is not aggressive or mean, just wants all the attention. He is housebroken and loves to ride in the car.

He is neutered, UTD on shots, HW negative on preventative and microchipped. He is just waiting for his forever home!

Herby is in foster care in E TN and will be transported north when adopted.

First step to adoption is completing our application. Once submitted a volunteer will contact you via email or telephone. Our application can be found on our main website then click on "dog adoption"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Herby, a Providence Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Providence, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Providence.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Providence already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Providence breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Providence paves the way for another one to be saved.
