Todd's Story...
Todd is a beautiful Terrier mix that was found hiding under a car with another pup in Bryan, Texas. He was very skinny and suffered from anemia due to malnourishment. Todd has a funny personality and can be a “klutz”. He is housetrained and does great in a home environment, but is terrified of the vacuum cleaner. Todd becomes very excited with his frisbee, and sometimes tends to guard it. He is very eager to please and seems to fall in love with everyone he meets! Todd has been very gentle around kids and would be a great companion for a young, active family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Todd, a Houston American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Houston, or seeking a American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with American Bulldog/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
