My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Rocky. We think that he is a 1 yr 9 mo old Rottweiler and German Shepherd mixed male. Rocky is currently located in an adoptable kennel at the Amador County Animal shelter (near Jackson). HIs animal ID# is A022822. This medium sized fellow is a shelter favorite. He is great with other dogs, even small breed dogs. Rocky is even good w/ cats. He is housetrained and is used to sleeping on a dog bed at night in the house. He would make an excellent companion for some lucky person or family. If your work situation allows it, Rocky would be a good candidate to take to work with you. He is social and friendly with everyone he meets. He likes to be brushed and groomed, he comes when you call him, and he is also good on a leash. He also likes to ride in the car. Rocky is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped as well. As I said, he is a shelter favorite. This guy deserves a second chance at a great home.
