Sally's Story...
Hi, I’m Sally! I am all smiles, all the time. I weigh around 42 pounds and am about a year old. I am fully house trained. I am very well socialized and enjoy meeting new people. I especially love meeting and playing with other dogs. I’ve never met a stranger! I would love to have a dog companion that I can play with. I also like going for car rides. I love all sorts of toys, especially squeaky toys and Nylabones. I really like exploring new things and enjoy going on walks so I can sniff things out. I am always happy and am just fun-loving all around. I like to be brushed and like having my tummy rubbed. As you can see, I have one crystal blue eye and one brown eye; my foster mom says that makes me super special and everyone always tells me how beautiful and I am!
I am spayed, current on all vaccinations, micro chipped, house trained, and am just so adorable! I really need to stop bragging about myself - (smiles).  I can't wait to go to my forever home. If you are interested in learning more about me, please email info@forrescue.net. Can’t wait to hear from you! Sally is being fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sally, a Knoxville Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
