My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Charlie is a fabulous Golden-mix! He took less than a day to become a part of his foster family home. Charlie is a year old, on the smaller side at around 50+ pounds -- a young boy with the spirit of a puppy. If being with your Golden, playing ball, going for walks and snuggling on the couch sounds like your perfect kind of day, Charlie is the dog for you. He is a beautiful golden color with a perfectly unique face.

Charlie considers everyone he meets, dogs and humans alike, to be friends, not strangers. A friendly guy . . . although, as with all dogs, supervision with smaller children will be necessary. Charlie has a lot of energy and enthusiasm. He will benefit greatly being with someone who will take the time to train him. And doggy school will be fun with Charlie. He is incredibly smart and has lots of tricks up his sleeve. He can sit and shake on command and we are working on down, which he has almost mastered.

Charlie would love to have another dog as a playmate. He loves to run and play outside. Fetch is one of his favorites! He can safely be left indoors without your supervision and is completely housebroken. He will be an amazing addition to any family.
