Cher's Story...
Hi! My name is Cher and I was saved from a Gassing shelter where I was left to die with my brother who is also listed here. I am a very sweet Girl and 1 year old. I love to snuggle up on the couch and just be held or go for a nice walk outside. I just LOVE to be with people. I get along great with other dogs and even the resident kitty. I do have to be supervised during outside playtime as I occasionally get so excited that I climb right over the fence to continue my exploring. So my foster dad just says for my own safety no outside time unattended. I don't try to get out of the fence when my foster Dad or one of the other nice people stay outside with me. I am crate trained and as of yet have had no accidents when loose in the house. For some reason someone is always watching me though. They say in due time I will be allowed free roam in the house unsupervised but keep saying how good I am for not trying to chew or misbehave. If you can give me a Great home with LOTS of Love send me an email . Talk with You Soon:)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cher, a Grover English Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Pointer for sale in Grover, or seeking a English Pointer dog from a breeder in Grover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Pointer breeders who help with English Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grover paves the way for another one to be saved.
