Noah's Story...
Meet Noah, a 1.5 year old male Husky/Carolina Dog mix. Noah currently weighs approximately 60 pounds, and is not expected to get any bigger. This silly boy is still very much a puppy, playful, exuberant, and happy to live his life. Rescued from a high-kill shelter in Lee County, North Carolina, Noah is looking for a fun-filled active household. He would be happiest with another fur-sibling or two to play with, a fenced yard, and an owner to give him all the love he deserves. Noah is affectionate, loving, attentive, and an all-around fantastic dog! He is adjusting very well to his foster home, and is learning slowly to share his life with the resident foster cats. Noah is so much more handsome in person, though his personality truly outshines his looks. He has learned to retrieve a ball with his foster, and knows basic commands. He is also learning to walk well on a leash. He is able to be left uncrated for a full work day without being destructive. He is an amazing dog! Please consider giving him a new home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Noah, a Sagaponack Husky/Carolina Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Carolina Dog for sale in Sagaponack, or seeking a Husky/Carolina Dog dog from a breeder in Sagaponack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sagaponack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sagaponack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Carolina Dog breeders who help with Husky/Carolina Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sagaponack paves the way for another one to be saved.
