Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kipling would be a FANTASTIC FAMILY DOG! He is very gentle and sweet. He is not large, does not shed much at all, likes people/kids and other dogs. He has enough energy to go on a good walk, and is calm and quiet in the house. He rarely barks. He has the softest fur and loves to be petted. He is a snuggler and will jump right up on the couch or bed with you. He will also attend to gentle discouragement if you would rather he use a fluffy dog bed. He currently sleeps in bed with his human foster brother, and stays off the couch when asked. His strongest attribute (his love of people and dogs) is also a bit of a weakness..he would not do well at home alone all day and would really appreciate a family or another dog buddy. He is housebroken. He will not crate, but seems ok without it. He does need eye drops and seems to have a bit of an issue seeing well in the dark, but fine during the day. He will be evaluated this coming week - 1/19/2012. This is a really great family dog, or perfect for someone who might like to take him to work (he curls right up by your desk)....we hope to start him on some therapy work soon.
