I am already spayed and good with cats.
No flash photography, please!
Maya was living outside with several other cats in a dangerous area - cats getting killed by cars, etc. Came all the way from Fayettville. She has been spayed and is learning to like being safe inside.
I found out that she does not like flash photography! Will try to get more pictures of her soon - when I don't need a flash. She is just sooo pretty.
So these pictures are taken with my phone.....she is a funny girl....really camera shy. I get the camera out and one click and she is out of there! I don't blame her....I don't like having my picture taken either! Maya has really come out of her shell. She loves to be petted and will chirp at you to get your attention, She loves her toys and loves to play. She gets along great with other cats. She may take a little to warm up to strangers, but she will bond to her human.

Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.
Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.

Adoptions Events are held on Saturdays at the several local Petsmart and Petco stores. If you would like to meet a specific cat, please contact us ahead of time and we will bring the cat to the weekend event.
