Sherri's Story...
Beautiful Sherri escaped death as the man that had taken her into his house abandoned her in the street and some kids were tying her to tree and throwing stones at her. A neighbor took her in but took her to the pound, but the pound was not accepting dogs at the time and she did not want to put her back in the street. She was at parking lot when our rescue saw her and took her from the neighbor and saved her!
She is a wonderful angel that all she wants to give is love and kisses and to be in a loving home with family.
She is currently staying at a boarding house and she needs a fur-ever home with a family of her own! Sherri gets along with other dogs, kids and cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sherri, a Miami Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Miami, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
