Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is `Skipper!!` He is a 8 month old Hound mix who is ready to be adopted from our shelter after 1-25-12. He was found in Louisburg, NC and brought in from the cold where he waits for a new home to call his own. He is SO soft to the touch, keeps himself very clean, and has a great little personality. `Skipper` will be a small dog, not getting much bigger than he is now. He has the leg height of a dauschaund and a cute tail that curls up in the air. He likes to chase tennis balls but does not know how to bring them back to you so fetch could be a great game to teach him! I also noticed that he has great hearing....When he was outside, he stopped at looked into the trees at every little noise and critter, studdied intently, and then went back to running around. `Skipper` is a really cool little guy who would do good in a small home going for walks for with a big yard to play in. He likes other dogs too! I don` believe he has had experiences with cats yet in life, he appeared more frighteed when a kitty hissed at him and wanted to get as far away as possible but would not pose any threat to them what so ever by what we saw when we brought him into our cat room to test him. Other dogs and cats in your home would be fine with him if you have any. `Skipper` is a great pick for adoption so please come meet him today! (Skipper is up to date on his vaccines and heartworm negative!)
