Ruff Ruff! My name is Lexi

Lexi's Story...
Hi! I’m Lexi. Some people call me Freeway. Even though I’m only four years old, I have already been through a lot. On Halloween night, I found my way onto the freeway and was hit by several cars. My foster mom says I almost didn’t survive. I had two collapsed lungs, a tear in my trachea, three broken ribs and a dislocated hip. A bunch of great people took care of me and now I’m good as new. I am the happiest girl and want to be by your side all the time. I love to play and cuddle and I like to carry my toys around with me. I’ll do a happy dance every time I see you! I’m really good at alerting you to danger too. I have a big bark I use if I see or hear something strange in the yard. I just know I could be your best friend!
