Karma's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and not good with dogs.

Karma's Story...
Karma is an approx. 8 ½ yr old spayed female yellow Labrador. She is a very sensitive & respectful girl that would like to have a quiet home with someone that can give her the love & attention she wants. She is a delight to have around. She has been an indoor dog but due to the families allergies she now has to live outside. Karma is heart broken to have to be separated from her family. She is crate trained, good with basic obedience(very willing to please) and dog door trained. Karma loves to snuggle, ride in the car, play ball for hours and swim in a pool. She hasn't been around cats and prefers not to have other dogs around... She is currently living with a 10 yr old Labrador but doesn't like if he gets excited or take the affection away from her. Though she is very kind in nature we think she would like to be in a single dog family.

Note: Karma has been listed on our website as part of our List an Animal Program and is not in the custody of Four Peaks Animal Rescue (4PAR). As such, the description above was derived from the description provided by her current owner. 4PAR has no first hand knowledge as to the accuracy of the description.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Karma, a Scottsdale Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
