BONNIE's Story...
BONNIE (ACR11-0046)
We are not sure how BONNIE ended up at a local kill shelter. We are sure she didn't lie over the ocean... nor did she lie over the sea... but we *do* know that BONNIE is waiting for someone, to sing "bring back my BONNIE to me!" Sweet as pecan pie, this little gal is truly an "affection hound!" BONNIE loves nothing more than a warm lap to snuggle in and a pair of kind, accepting eyes to stare into while the days pass by. Almost 4 years old and a little over 6 lbs, BONNIE is the perfect companion! She wants to be by your side wherever you roam and will follow you room to room to make sure she doesn't miss any opportunity for petting! How is your singing voice today? Is it one that will take BONNIE away?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BONNIE, a AUSTIN Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in AUSTIN, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in AUSTIN.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in AUSTIN already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a AUSTIN breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in AUSTIN paves the way for another one to be saved.
