Enna's Story...
Hi there, my name is Enna and i'm a 2 year old maltease mix. I've only lived with my foster mom for a few days, but i've already made myself at home. My foster mom thinks i'm a very smart girl because I know how to sit and shake a paw and i'm fully house trained. I absolutely love to play and i'm a total snuggle bug. I also love to play outside in the snow. My foster mom says I look like a deer when I leap and kick in the snow. I can be a bit shy when you first meet me, but give me about 20 minutes and i'll be licking your face and wanting to cuddle. I love other dogs, kids and even cats. I guess u could say i'm the whole package. Please come and meet me soon so I can show you what an amazing girl I am!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Enna, a Saskatoon Maltese/Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Bichon Frise for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Maltese/Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Bichon Frise breeders who help with Maltese/Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
