Sweetie's Story...
Meet Sweetie! She will just melt your heart!

This adorable pup lost her home when her human passed away and the lady's kids didn't want her. They let the house go into foreclosure and the electricity was turned off. Can you imagine how scary that was and with no heat?

Sweetie is safe and sound now sitting on her favorite couch in a nice warm home. She is calm, loves to be around people, kids and other dogs. We aren't sure how she would be around cats. Sweetie still plays periodically just like a puppy. She likes toys too!

Sweetie needs someone she can depend on to take care of her for the rest of her life. In return, she promises to be a devoted friend with lots of sweetness to go around!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweetie, a Pickerington Norwegian Buhund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norwegian Buhund for sale in Pickerington, or seeking a Norwegian Buhund dog from a breeder in Pickerington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pickerington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pickerington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norwegian Buhund breeders who help with Norwegian Buhund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pickerington paves the way for another one to be saved.
