My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pockets an adorable 6 lb Pomeranian. Pockets is an energetic and loving one-year-old Pomeranian who has already made great progress in the three weeks that he's been in foster care. He loves to play with his ball and run around on a fenced-in patio at his foster home. Pockets is also a great "lap dog," and likes to cuddle up on the couch. He's beginning to give cues, like standing near the door, when he needs to go to the bathroom, and he is also learning to "take himself out" when the door is left open! He's a smart, affectionate boy that would make a good pet for a family. Pockets also enjoys being around other dogs.

If you have room in your heart and home for this sweet, beautiful little boy, please go to www.centralohiodogrescue.petfinder.com for an application to adopt or email centralohiodogrescue@gmail.com for additional information. Pockets' adoption fee is $250 to help cover the cost of his vetting.

Central Ohio Dog Rescue is not a shelter. All of our dogs are fostered in our homes and treated as family until they are adopted. We save puppy mill dogs and shelter dogs that were due to be euthanized. We will not ship dogs and all perspective adopters will need to complete an application before adoption. Puppies too young to be spayed/neutered will be adopted out with a spay/neuter agreement and refundable deposit. Perspective adopters must be at least 22 years of age to adopt. All pets in the household must be spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations and heartworm. We process many applications and may not respond to every applicant. We try to chose the best home for each dog based upon the individual dog's needs. Please check out our website for additional information: www.centralohiodogrescue.petfinder.com
