Hi! My name is Buddy! I'm a 9-month-old, neutered male hound mix in need of a lifelong loving home. I'm friendly, loving and active. I love to play, go for car rides, take walks, romp and run in the yard and cuddle with my people for affection and attention. I'm housetrained and I get along well with other dogs and puppies. I like to play with them and with toys. When riding in the car, I like to hang my head out the window and let my ears flap in the breeze, or I will sit and just watch everything out the window. I'm a smart boy who is a people-pleaser. I want to know all the great things that every dog should know and I already have a big head-start. Please give me a home to call my own and love me for life. Adoption fee: $75 and includes neuter, microchip, deworming and vaccinations.

Adoption Process:
Complete the application at the link above or send an email to info@pawsforliferescue.org to tell us which pet you're interested in and we'll send you a questionnaire that will help us make the best match for you and your new pet. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. This is a pending period to give your dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
