Oscar's situation has become urgent. Due to unforeseen circumstances, his foster home can no longer care for him. He needs a foster or adoption as soon as possible. Oscar is a terrier mix young male. He is great with other dogs and kids. However he does have some separation anxiety. He needs someone who can spend lots of time with him. He has some health issues we are working on. Please help and spread the word...better yet adopt him!
