Anyone interested in adopting or fostering a dog from City of Hartford Animal Shelter must first fill out an application. Sherry the ACO, will be reviewing all of these applications prior to setting up appointments to meet the dogs. We are moving forward to establish a more thorough screening process to ensure these dogs end up in responsible homes.
