I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Looking for the perfect family dog? Meet Jake. He is a male American Straffordshire Terrier mix puppy that was born in September of 2011. Jake has a gorgeous brown and black brindle coat with white patches on it. He has perky ears that stand at attention when you speak to him and is a very affectionate and loving dog. Jake loves to play with children, other dogs and even the cats (although they are not thrilled!). Jake loves being cuddled and gives kisses of appreciation. Jake wants to be wherever you are. He loves snuggling up with his foster family and take a nap. Jake is completely crate and house trained and is learning to walk on a leash. Jake is current on his vaccines, his flea and heartworm prevention, has been micro chipped and neutered. Jake would make a wonderful family pet.
Jake is ready for adoption after jumping from a moving car in a parking lot on the way to adoption. He is healed beautifully. Jake has an outstanding temperment and would be fine in any environment.
Are you interested in adopting Jake or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.
Completed applications can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at Petsmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application for Jake.
Thanks for thinking adoption!
