Sophie & her brother Tony are absolutely adorable!! They are said to be Miniature Schnauzer/JRT mixes ~ They are about 14- 15 weeks old ~ completely vetted, up to date on everything ~ microchipped ~ and already spayed/neutered ~ They are in foster care with other dogs, cats, and older kids and just love to be around everyone ~ We are not looking to place them together ~ *Sophie weighs 7lbs 2 ozs* If you are looking for a non shedding dog this is NOT the dog for you!
~~~Please email rescue-me@earthlink.net to have application mailed to you to submit for possible approval ~~~
Puppies require a lot of time for housebreaking, training, and proper socialization ~ It is in the puppies best interest that they be adopted to families where someone will be home most of the day ~ Thank you for your understanding!!
Why Adoption is a Great Option
Sophie, a Milford Schnauzer (Miniature)/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Milford, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Milford.
  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature)/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature)/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
