My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! They call me Wednesday! I am a 1 year old, female, Dachshund mix. I was rescued from OC Shelter on 1-13-12 before being unnecessarily euthanized. I am so happy at the PRC! I love the new playmates I have made and I love all the cuddles I get. I would love to find a family to call my own. I am very well behaved and easy to train. I am very treat motivated! I am good with other dogs and all people. I have been spayed, micro chipped, and fully vaccinated. Come meet me and see if I am the girl for you!
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at info@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to 949-768-5759 or emailed to: info@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia P
