My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sunshine Jr. is a 7-year-old, declawed orange tabby who is lean and tall. He and his 5-year-old "sister" were turned in at animal control by a person who wrote on the turn-in sheet: "No longer an asset to our family." Both were eaten up by fleas, with very little fur left and covered in scabs on their skin-and-bones bodies. Both were VERY ill with upper respiratory infections from the pound. Now both are healthy with a good weight with shiny coats and look fantastic! We call this guy "Sunny J" and he is loving without being clingy or demanding. He loves being brushed and petted, eats dry and canned food, and loves various cat treats. He is quiet and tidy, and though he is 7, he has spells where he jumps and plays like a kitten. He is not fond of other cats but likes his sister. He acts regal and serious and loves to sleep on his fleece blanket. Photos will be posted soon!
