Penrose URGENT's Story...
Penrose is around 1 to 2 years old, is Medium/Large in size, walks on a leash, sits when asked, she appears to be SUPER sweet, loving. active, playful, some what obedient, alert and full of puppy fun & love.. Will need obedience training, she's very strong. While I was in Penrose's kennel, I gave a little test by looking in her mouth, pulling on her ears and tail, holding her paw and giving her a little kiss and hug. Penrose appeared to pass the test with no problems, she just wants out of the shelter,. We feel Penrose may make a fun loving active family member and companion. If you wish, she can be tested at the shelter around Dogs & Cats.

Act quickly to adopt Penrose URGENT. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penrose URGENT, a Grass Valley Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Grass Valley, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Grass Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grass Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grass Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grass Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
