Winnie's Story...
Posted February 1st....Meet Winnie, she is about 10 weeks old and only 12 pounds. She is very, very sweet, happy girl. Winnie is crate trained wonderful around other dogs, and children.

This puppy will be at our puppy bowl on Saturday February 4th. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4TH, from 12:00-5:00, At Central Bark Doggy Day Care, 456 Treasure Drive, Oswego, IL 60543. Some of our puppies may be leaving at 3:30 as this is a long day for the little ones. So come early if there is someone specific you will want to meet. You can also go to our facebook page at angels on wheels animal rescue. We do have a line-up of some of the pups that will be in attendance.

Only those with approved applications will be able to adopt the day of the event. If you are not approved yet, but see a puppy with our organization that you would like to adopt, you can submit an application for review later.

Puppy Bowl information can be found on our website at along with an adoption application which is located under the applications and forms tab. We are asking for a donated item from our wish list, which is located on our home page of our website, or a small donation. We look forward to seeing you.

This pup came from a high kill shelter in Kentucky when her time was about up. Looking at her adorable face and seeing his personality, it's hard to imagine how such a wonderful dog could end up alone and unwanted, minutes from dying. Lucky for her, we saw her face, knew herloving potential and saved hero se could meet a wonderful family deserving of herove. Shwould be the perfect pet to add to any family - with or without children. A very gentle, loving dog that you HAVE to come and meet. See for yourself what a great pup she is.

Willow is being fostered in a home in Mokena, which is where you would go to meet her if your application is approved if you can't make the puppy bowl. She is around young children, other dogs, and and is great with all.

The adoption fee of $300.00 includes: Her spaying (when old enough, but pd for my us), microchipped, up to date for Distemper-Adenovirus-Parainfluenza-Parvo, dewormed with panacur, given albon and metronidazole as preventions, treated with Revolution for the prevention fleas and mites and mange . You will also receive a free office visit to Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic, Yorkville Animal Hospital or Wheaton Animal Hospital, a training dvd, and tons of coupons for Petco.

The adoption also comes with a free puppy/doggy class through Flydogs located at Central Bark Doggie Day Care in Oswego, which introduces you to housebreaking, name recognition, crate training, sit/stay and leash walking. Please note that we are a foster based rescue and do not have a facility, which means all of our animals are cared for in homes of wonderful people who have volunteered their time to help save them.
