Breed: Purebred Chinchilla Size: About 5 pounds full grown Color: Silver agouti Approximate DOB:6/11/2011 Reason in rescue:Grayson and his two brothers were given over to our rescue because their breeder could not sell them. We are very happy to have them here where they have been neutered and socialized and are ready for a great new indoor home! Personality: Grayson unfortunately was not socialized much as a baby. He was originally bonded to his brother Smokey, but his brother had ongoing medical problems and recently passed away. With a lot of love and positive human time, we know that Grayson will get over his shyness and become the sweet boy that he is already on his way to becoming! Ideal Home: Grayson needs a quiet home that will give him time to come around. Adults only please. Friends: We really would like Grayson to find a home where he will have a new buddy. He does better in a pair Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen. Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (email for the application), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. Suggested adoption donation is $60 which includes his neuter, microchip and first vet visit **Please email if you are interested in adoption.
