PRINCE CHARMING's Story...
Meet Prince charming #091
Anybody still looking for Prince Charming? Well here he is. 3 yr old, neutered Chihuahua about 7 lb. Charming has not had an easy life. Somewhere along the line of many homes he has gotten scared and bitten humans. No sudden moves, at least at first. He, like every other chi on the planet takes time to understand their surroundings and thus time to warm up. Up to date on shots, crate trained, very loyal to his chosen person. He loves to go for a quite ride in the car, just sitting on your lap with his nose out the window. I took him to a friend’s house the other day and he did wonderfully with the people (strangers to him), although he did keep his distance. But no special fuss was made and he did quite well. We have introduced him to other dogs and he is careful, assesses the situation and then wants to play. With big dogs he makes a lot of noise and then calms down if the other dog is calm as well. Just takes a bit of time to befriend. I think he is a chi-weenie. He just needs an understanding home with less activity. He has moved a dozen times in his short life. He is not aggressive. If left alone, he does well. Prince loves to play what I refer to as tag. He’ll run away then stop and wait for you to catch up and then do it again. Once he understands you are not going to hurt him and are serious he rolls over on his back and waits for you to pick him up. He does and will chase cats if you tell him to stop in a firm voice he does. If you think you could provide a forever home for this special guy. Why Adoption is a Great Option

PRINCE CHARMING, a Seattle Chihuahua/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Dachshund for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Chihuahua/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Dachshund breeders who help with Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
