My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tiger. He arrived on 6/25/2011 with his pal Dusty as owner surrenders. However to our knowledge they are not related. Both are very large cats and this gets remarked on frequently at the shelter. Tiger and Dusty have been promoted to our "office" cats. They are approximately 8-9 years old. Both of them have always been indoor cats. Tiger is a little more shy than Dusty but being out as the office cat has really brought him out of his shell. Dusty likes hanging out in the laundry room where it is warm and quiet with lots of bedding to lounge on! Tiger likes people and likes the attention of the office he is also kind of a silly kid in that he likes to play like a kitten and roll around on the floor and look at you from an upside down position! They seem to be attached to each other and we would prefer they go to the same home. Both of them do get along with other cats but their preference is to just be with each other.l Neither seem to be to excited about dogs one way or the other so I imagine they would get used to a home with dogs. Lord knows they are certainly big enough to take care of themselves around any dog.

Tiger may be adopted for a donation of $90, which includes his neuter, shots, microchipping, FeLv/Fiv test, and deworming. Please see the contact information below to find out more about adopting this sweetie!

Please be patient with us - we're taking care of a lot of furkids - our own and the PALS kids - and we are all volunteers with families, homes and full time jobs. We'll return email and phone inquiries just as fast as we pawssibly can. Thanks!

ADOPTION DONATIONS: Adoption donations for PALS animals go directly either to medical care for those or other furkids in need, or towards maintenance and improvement of our shelter!

ADOPTIONS: We don't let the fact that you might live out of state stop any adoption that's meant to be, but you MUST be willing to drive, or fly, all the way to pick up your new family member.

It's so easy to donate to PALS and help the homeless furkids...and it's tax-deductible! Simply PayPal to palsiowa@pcpartner.net or mail your check to PALS, PO Box 123, Grinnell, IA 50112. THANK YOU!!
