Coby's Story...
Coby just turned 1 year old and is all personality. She is an active, fearless, and intelligent girl. She wants to please and catches on very quickly. She loves to run and play, does great with other dogs and cats, and will sit beside you all day if you are petting her. Coby would love a family who includes their dogs in outdoor activities. She has been on several trail hikes and is a natural! She also loves her local dog park! Coby is small for a shepherd and will not be as large as a full grown Dutch. She is currently 45 lbs. and is house and crate trained. Coby has recently started obedience training and has received lots of praise from her trainer on her intelligence level. A fenced in yard is required to adopt Coby.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coby, a Christiana Dutch Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dutch Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Christiana, or seeking a Dutch Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Christiana.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Christiana already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Christiana breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dutch Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Dutch Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Christiana paves the way for another one to be saved.
