Redford's Story...
AFFECTIONATE WHIPPET SHEPHERD MIX LOOKING FOR GOOD HOME
Hi, my name is Redford! I am a shepherd whippet mix. I am a fun dog with lots of energy. My foster mom tells me that I am just the sweetest boy ever. I walk well on leash as I never pull and always walk by your side. I am good with dogs, cats and young children. I am very friendly with people and love to have carry around toys. I would just love to hang out with you all the time and lay by your side. I am ready to go home immediately as I am already house trained, crate trained, neutered, micro-chipped and have all my vaccinations. Please adopt me and I will love you forever!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Redford, a Sherman Oaks Whippet/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Whippet/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Sherman Oaks, or seeking a Whippet/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Sherman Oaks.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman Oaks already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman Oaks breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Whippet/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Whippet/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman Oaks paves the way for another one to be saved.
