Sasha's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Sasha's Story...
Like all dogs from the Fort Irwin Veterinary Treatment Facility, Sasha will come to you spayed, up-to-date on all shots, and microchipped. Her adoption fee of $90 will help offset these costs. If you email us, one of our MCSC Friends of Animals volunteers can meet you in a nearby area such as Barstow, Apple Valley or Victorville to help unite you two!

Meet Sasha! Sasha is a young pit bull, probably less than 1 year old. She's got greyish/light brown fur with white patches on her chest and toes. She adores playing with her squeaky duck.
Since she is a pitbull, she must be adopted off-post. Please spread the word and help Sasha find her furever home!

Act quickly to adopt Sasha. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a Fort Irwin American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Fort Irwin, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Fort Irwin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Irwin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Irwin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Irwin paves the way for another one to be saved.
