Hi I'm Rango. Yes I have a bad hair cut but don't blame my foster mom. She had to cut it I was in such a mess. They caught me and my mom and dad, and cleaned us and fed us. We had been on the street for a while. I don't remember how we got there but I'm sure glad to have a warm bed now. I am a little shy because of all the stuff before.
